Wiltshire Connect is a demand-responsive bus service for rural areas. Learn how to book a seat.
Wiltshire Connect is a door-to-door community transport service run by Wiltshire Council. It covers rural areas where regular buses don't reach — including villages around Pewsey, the Vale of Pewsey, and other remote areas of the county.
Call the booking line on 0300 456 0111, Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm. You can also book online via the Wiltshire Council website. Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance, though same-day travel may be available.
Anyone can use Wiltshire Connect — there's no eligibility requirement. Concessionary bus passes are accepted, so free travel applies for eligible older people and disabled residents.
Let them know if you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or have any mobility requirements when booking. Journeys connect villages to market towns like Devizes, Marlborough, Pewsey, and Salisbury.
